By accessing or using GiftPhotoLife's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

GiftPhotoLife provides digital photo restoration, colorization, and animation services. We use AI-powered technology to enhance, restore, and animate photographs provided by customers.

3. Your Photos & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photographs you submit to us. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and transform your photos to deliver the requested services
• Store your photos securely for 90 days after order completion

We will never use your photos for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose other than completing your order without your explicit written consent.

4. Photo Requirements

You agree that:

• You have the right to submit the photos you upload (you own them or have permission)
• Photos do not contain illegal content
• Photos are suitable for processing (we may reject very low quality images)

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

• Photo Restoration: $19 per photo (FREE with first animation order)
• Photo Colorization: $24 per photo
• Photo Animation: $29 per photo
• Bundle Discounts: 15% off 3+ photos, 30% off 10+ photos
• Rush Delivery: +$59 for 24-hour turnaround

6. Delivery Times

Standard orders are delivered within 48 hours. Rush orders (+$59) are delivered within 24 hours. Delivery times begin after payment is confirmed. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for download.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Revisions

If you're not happy with the initial result, we offer revisions:

• First revision: Free
• Additional revisions: May be subject to additional fees

9. Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, AI technology has limitations. We cannot guarantee:

• Perfect results on severely damaged or very low-quality images
• Historically accurate colors (colorization is AI-interpreted)
• Perfect facial animations on obscured or profile faces

If results are unsatisfactory due to image limitations, we will discuss options or provide a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

The GiftPhotoLife website, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftPhotoLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
