Your Photos Are Sacred
We understand that the photos you send us are irreplaceable memories. We treat them with the care they deserve.
What We Collect
- Photos you upload — Used only to create your animation
- Email address — To deliver your files and order updates
- Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card number)
- Order details — Service selected, special instructions, delivery preferences
How We Use Your Photos
Your photos are used exclusively to create your requested animation. We do not:
- Use your photos for training AI models
- Share your photos with third parties
- Post your photos publicly without explicit permission
Photo Retention
We retain your original photos and completed animations for 90 days after delivery, allowing you to request re-downloads or revisions. After 90 days, files are automatically deleted from our servers.
You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing hello@giftphotolife.com.
Analytics & Cookies
We use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes:
- Page views and navigation patterns
- Device type and browser information
- Geographic region (country-level only)
We do not sell your data to third parties.
