Standard orders are delivered within 24-48 hours. Rush orders (12 hours) are available for an additional fee.
Can you work with damaged or faded photos?
Absolutely! Every order includes free restoration. We regularly work with photos that are 50-100+ years old.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We offer unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. If we can't meet your expectations, we'll provide a full refund.
How do I receive my animation?
You'll receive an email with a download link. The animation is an MP4 video file that works on any device.
Can I use the animation on social media?
Yes! You can share your animation anywhere — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Many customers share them as tributes.
Do you store my photos?
We retain files for 90 days for re-downloads and revisions, then permanently delete them. You can request immediate deletion anytime.
